Rotary Kiln, Saudi Arabia

As part of a challenging large-scale project, IPS 365 Europe Ltd. carried out the construction of a rotary kiln in Saudi Arabia. This project is an important part of the region industrial infrastructure and demonstrates our ability to realize modern industrial plants under demanding climatic conditions.

Project scope and challenges

The rotary kiln, built in a remote desert region, required precise planning and logistics. Our teams worked under extreme conditions and managed logistical challenges to make the installation possible. The installation of central components, including the massive kiln shell, posed a special technical challenge due to its size and the difficult terrain.

Technical details

The rotary kiln was developed specifically for the requirements of the local industry. With its length and dedicated heat control, it provides an optimized solution for producing and processing materials at consistently high temperatures. In addition to the kiln itself, the project included conveyor systems, ventilation systems and control units to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Successful implementation

Thanks to our broad experience in international plant construction and close cooperation with local partners, the project was completed on schedule. The plant was successfully commissioned and has since met the strict requirements of the industry.
