Project overview: Construction of a 135-meter tunnel kiln for sanitary ceramics

For a customer in sanitary ceramics, we planned, delivered and commissioned a 135-meter tunnel kiln. The kiln is specifically designed for ceramic production requirements and enables uniform, energy-efficient firing across its entire length.

The kiln was installed inside a large production hall and is able to process high throughput volumes, contributing to increased productivity. Special attention was paid to insulation and air circulation to optimize energy consumption and ensure constant temperature distribution.

The plant was also equipped with modern control systems that allow the operator to monitor the process precisely and make quick adjustments when needed. Efficient resource use and emission reduction were also key priorities during planning.

The project covered the entire value chain from planning and installation through final commissioning. Our engineers and technicians worked closely with the customer to ensure the kiln met the high standards and specific requirements of ceramic production.
