110-Meter Tunnel Kiln, Vietnam

As part of a comprehensive industrial project, IPS 365 Europe Ltd. built a 110-meter tunnel kiln in Vietnam. This demanding project included complete planning, installation and commissioning of the plant, which now serves as the heart of a production line.

Project scope and challenges

Building the tunnel kiln was a special challenge due to its size and technical requirements. Our tasks included preparing the foundations as well as installing the rail systems and complex kiln technology. Particular attention was paid to precise alignment and anchoring of the rails to ensure smooth operation.

Technical details

The tunnel kiln was equipped with modern technology to ensure maximum efficiency and durability. The plant extends over a length of 110 meters and is designed to fire various materials at constant temperatures. Installation and adjustment of technical components such as ventilation systems and control units were carried out precisely by our experienced team.

Successful implementation

Despite logistical challenges in Vietnam, the project was completed as planned. Through close cooperation with local partners and comprehensive planning, we delivered an operational plant that meets high international standards.
